In all this legal stuff (yes, it is still going on, and I do have a lawyer to take care of matters) I would almost forget that Greenie has started to grow again about three weeks ago. "Spring is starting", she must have thought - it really seemed to. With the current worse weather though (especially the wind) she has a hard time and cannot remain standing on her own. Fortunately the rain pipe is nearby.

greenie still alive?

I thought the plant had died, and you threw it away?

"It's not dead, it's just sleeping!" Indeed, it is a plant that dies off mostly in the winter, and then you cut it down, so that it has something to grow from again that's not too big. It seems I probably could have cut it even a bit shorter, since it is growing out at the topmost "armpit" it could find.
