Bathroom renovation still not finished.

rhialtoLast entry was a bit too optimistic it seems. It has been more than a week since any work has been on my bathroom, yet there are lots of details not finished, such as repairing the ceiling, or putting back a wall they broke out while looking for the leak, over 6 months ago.
Since there is still work to do in the bathroom I cannot replace my washing machine (who knows how much mess they're gonna make if they ever get around to fixing the ceiling). Which means I haven't been able to do any laundry since 10 january.
Of course I have been sending emails and faxes daily for a week, and they don't even have the decency to answer.
Needless to say I am very dissatisfied with the building society (Talis they are called).
