Another leak???

Just while I'm writing an angry letter to the building society (who never managed to reply to my letters, until I actually execute my threat of not paying for all the rent, and then they send a form letter about rent arrears), I discover that the carpet in my little hallway, that had dried up after they fixed the leak, actually has wet spots again! The same places where you can see the white rash where it had been wet for several months, were wet yet again!!!!

I hate them! The stupid incompetent bastards! I am soooo angry right now!

(as an aside, the new renovated batrhroom is not all an improvement. The toilet roll holder is worse, it is a lot less convenient to remove the paper from which is necessary just about every time you take a shower; the tiles on the floor are not very smooth, which means thet are impossible to dry with a wiper-thing like I have; they put up the mirror in a different position which is far less convenient)
