Letter writing

While waiting (in vain) for the delivery person to deliver some books I am waiting for (they left a note yesterday that they didn't find me home and would try again today between 10.00 and 14.00 - and they never showed up for the whole day), I used my anger-energy to write some much needed letters to some offices that needed to be corrected in their ways. One was for the tax office, who apparently want me to file a tax return but never sent me the form, and the other was for the medical insurance company who apparently threw me out even though I got a new job (making me eligible again), probably due to some unfortunate timing and lack of logical thinking on their part.
I did have to re-install teTeX though, something had gone wrong during the most recent upgrade, I suspect because the disk ran out of space while compiling it.
