I am now in London
Apr. 5th, 2010 12:10 amI just arrived in London so that I can speak with the solicitor on tuesday morning. In the mean time I have a day to find a ring that Isabelle's mother would like to have, and to duplicate keys for her. Martine has very nicely invited me for dinner on monday.
Edit: does anyone know a Howard from Kent (I think that is what he wrote and what the postmark says). He sent her birthday card, apparently not knowing what happened... there is no address on the card or envelope.

Date: 2010-04-07 03:04 pm (UTC)I have only just found out today that Isabelle has left us and feel completely devastated. I started seeing her a good 10 years ago, she helped me give up cigarettes. I went back to see her several times over the years when I needed support and wanted to make sense of life. My last sessions with her were only at the end of last year. We exchanged new year wishes. I want to take the time to write to you properly about her - but for now I just want to pass on my condoleances to you and her parents; you must all miss her very much and it must be an incredibly difficult time. Please know that if you are ever on London and need somewhere to stay or a chat or whatever you just need to contact me. She was quite something wasn't she? Totally inspiring and generous and dedicated and gentle and peaceful and had beautiful haunting brown eyes as well :-)I loved my time with her and used to joke that it was the only time I could feel truely relaxed. I won't forget her. If there is an address to send flowers or a card to her parents please let me know,
Best wishes,
Benedicte
