A few minutes silence
Nov. 16th, 2005 11:58 pmLast night at around 21.00 in Nijmegen, political activist and publicist Louis Sévèke was murdered on the street while he was walking home.
Friends and family do not want to speculate about the motives, for instance if it is a political murder or not.
His murder is now, cynically enough, being investigated by the very same police that he has followed very closely and critically. For instance, it has been said that the has given advice in the suit against the mayors of Nijmegen and Amsterdam, and the public prosecutor, in the case of the removal of the political banners.
