There is a sort of less ambitious version of What The Hack and the other hacker camping events: http://www.eth-0.nl/. Again, it is in August, the 10th to the 13th. Tickets are now on sale (early bird price is € 125).
I'm not 100% I'm going but it is definitely something I am considering. Kind of interesting that it is during the week but good that it fits with summer darkness then!

it seem to be tuesday to friday which is interesting because that's just prior to summer darkness which starts on the friday
